This is one of Destins newest and most luxurious resorts featuring an indoor outdoor pool with swim through wall, dual hot tubs, fountains, waterfall feature and more. Our units were renovated in 2018. Majestic Sun offers a beachfront tiki bar, on site waverunner rentals, parasailing,kayak rentals and lots more fun beach activities. This is a active resort for the active family. Our 8th floor condos are side by side, both 2 bdrms, so bring your neighbors or other family to join you. Our units are updated every season with fresh new linens, and furniture deep cleaned. All 3 of our units are oceanfront with views to die for !! There is also a bike trail that runs along Majestic Sun and the pretty white beaches for 8 miles. Great for walking, running or biking or strolling down to the “Bad Ass Coffee” Shop for morning breakfast & Coffee. Walk down to the Whails Tail restaurant for great breakfasts or lunch right on the beach. Majestic Sun is also just 1 mile from the worlds largest designer outlet mall featuring the NIKE outlet, Cole Haan, Polo, JCrew, Gap, Bose and hundreds more. Were close to the new “Baytowne Wharf” in San Destin where you will find a deep water marina, wrapped around dozens of outdoor restaurants and pubs where you will hear many live bands performing for free in the open courtyards. Great for the Whole family with restaurants featuring simple burgers and pizza for the kids or the famous” Poppys Lobster House” or Acme Oyster Bar right from Louisiana !! Seacrest Beach is located next door to Rosemary Beach and the new Alys Beach community. Seacrest Beach features one of the largest pools in the south. The unique Lagoon pool is 13,000 sq feet with multiple levels, with huge fountains and waterfalls. The lagoon pool is surrounded by more then 200 brazilian palm trees. Our 4 bdrm Seacrest house is one of only 9 homes that sit right on the pool deck. We have a private gate that opens up onto the pool deck. Your family will love this. Sight see and celebrity search…… Seacrest and surrounding areas are homes to some famous people including Faith Hill, Tim Mcgraw,Miley cyrus, Cheryl Crow, Michael McDonald,and more. 	Dune Walkovers Rosemary Beach made a commitment to protect the environment by not building beyond the coastal construction control line, or buffer zone, landward of the beach. In keeping with that commitment, nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests beach access. These walkovers protect the fragile dune system and prevent erosion and washout during storms. The walkovers are unobtrusive, simple and functional, with each walkover containing showers. Two of the walkovers are wheelchair accessible and contain restrooms.
	Butterfly Garden In the northwest corner of Rosemary Beach, at West Kingston, is the inviting Butterfly Garden. This garden was conceived as a display garden that would emphasize the significance of the native landscape. A wooden walkway weaves through colorful plantings that lure butterflies.
	Foot Paths The Rosemary Beach Fitness Trail & Walking Tour is a 2.3 mile trail that utilizes both sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town's native landscape, parks and public spaces. It incorporates four fitness stations that include exercise apparatuses for stretching and strength training.
	Parks Common "green" areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls as well as outdoor events. These areas south of Hwy. 30-A include South Barrett Square, Playground Park and Western & Eastern Greens where many fun events take place such as movie nights and block parties. On the north side of town there is East Long Green Park (featuring the Knot Garden) and West Long Green Park, both with tree-lined sidewalks leading cyclists along the 30-A bicycle trail. North Barrett Square features a picturesque fountain. St. Augustine Park has an interactive children's fountain, inviting benches and is the location of many cultural events such as ballet performances and concerts. The north side of Rosemary Beach also features the Butterfly Park plus various quaint "pocket parks" with fountains, shaded seating areas and arbors.
