New to the rental market as of June 5, 2021. Located just next door to Rosemary Beach is the gated community of Sunset Beach, Southside of 30A.
The "Sun and Sea" Bungalow is a darling 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, fully equipped, beach house that sits just 4 houses in from the beach. About 80 steps to the beach and the unique beachfront heated pool that sits a top of the sand dunes.
This very welll appointed beach house was just painted, interior and exterior and all new furnishings done in April, 2021.
This home has never been rented and is now accepting bookings for the summer of 2021. This Beach house is ideal for a couple escaping for a week in paradise or a family of (up to 6) looking to get away and relax on one of the prettiest beaches in the world.
The best part of the Bungalow is its location. Not only is this just a few steps to the beach and the pool but you can walk out the gate and turn right and you are in Rosemary Beach or turn left and you are in Alys Beach.
Rosemary features some decadent restaurants, quaint shops, coffee and wine bars, and the new Pescado Roof Top Bar, and the famous Sugar Shack candy store for kids of all ages. Turn left and your in the new Alys Beach community featuring some stunning archtecture and some fabulous shops and restaurants like "Georges" Seafood Restaurant and the new "Citizen Restaurant" along with the newest edition, "Neat" tasting bar featuring award winning Vodkas and Bourbons from all over the world.
So many great restaurants and shops to walk or ride your bike to. You do not have to get back in your car.
Bike rentals are available and the scenic 30A bike trail is right outside the gate and runs for 26 miles.
We know your family will love this Bungalow as much as we do and once you vacation here, you will want to come back again and again. We look forward to seeing you at the beach.

Dune Walkovers
Rosemary Beach made a commitment to protect the environment by not building beyond the coastal construction control line, or buffer zone, landward of the beach. In keeping with that commitment, nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests beach access. These walkovers protect the fragile dune system and prevent erosion and washout during storms. The walkovers are unobtrusive, simple and functional, with each walkover containing showers. Two of the walkovers are wheelchair accessible and contain restrooms.

Butterfly Garden
In the northwest corner of Rosemary Beach, at West Kingston, is the inviting Butterfly Garden. This garden was conceived as a display garden that would emphasize the significance of the native landscape. A wooden walkway weaves through colorful plantings that lure butterflies.

Foot Paths
The Rosemary Beach Fitness Trail & Walking Tour is a 2.3 mile trail that utilizes both sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town's native landscape, parks and public spaces. It incorporates four fitness stations that include exercise apparatuses for stretching and strength training.

Parks
Common "green" areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls as well as outdoor events.
These areas south of Hwy. 30-A include South Barrett Square, Playground Park and Western & Eastern Greens where many fun events take place such as movie nights and block parties.
On the north side of town there is East Long Green Park (featuring the Knot Garden) and West Long Green Park, both with tree-lined sidewalks leading cyclists along the 30-A bicycle trail. North Barrett Square features a picturesque fountain. St. Augustine Park has an interactive children's fountain, inviting benches and is the location of many cultural events such as ballet performances and concerts. The north side of Rosemary Beach also features the Butterfly Park plus various quaint "pocket parks" with fountains, shaded seating areas and arbors.
