2017 is the first that this house has been rented!
This darling 4 bdrm + loft sleeps up to 10 people in beds but theres room for a air mattress to accomodate 12 if needed. Nice open floor plan and two luxurious master suites. One on the first floor with a private walk out porch, and one on the second floor with walk out as well.


Nice large "Chefs Kitchen" with all new Cuisinart cookware 12/17.

There are two other bedrooms upstairs, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed.
Baseball fan? You will love the cute loft with a pull out queen sleeper and sitting area with some fun baseball memorabilia!

Location is great, quiet street but close to the massive lagoon pool, just 2 blocks away. Walk to the beach or take the free beach tram that will take you right to the beach steps and then return you to your door step when your done for the day.

Were right next door to Rosemary Beach so easy walk over to all the great shops, wine bars, coffee shops, and the famous sugar shack candy store.

Walk the other way and your at the new Alys beach home to Georges Restaurant, a fabulous seafood and fine dining restaurant, amongst many other fun shops and the new "Neat" Bottle shop for wine and bourbon tasting and live entertainment on most evenings.

Take the bikes provided ( 4) and bike to some of the nice surrounding communities for lunch. One of our families funnest times is when we biked to Seaside ( 6 miles) had lunch and biked back. You will cross over some breathtaking coastal communities where you will want to take photos of the dunes and water and unique architecture of many homes.

Once you visit and stay in Seacrest, you will not go anywhere else, we assure you. This is it!!

Things to do in the Area

Rosemary Beach features some stunning homes with “West Indies” architecture. You will find some incredible homes here from some of the top architects in the world. Take a afternoon and stroll through Rosemary and stop at one of the many wine & cheese bars,cute boutiques,pubs,candy stores and coffee shops.

Dune Walkovers

Rosemary Beach made a commitment to protect the environment by not building beyond the coastal construction control line, or buffer zone, landward of the beach. In keeping with that commitment, nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests beach access. These walkovers protect the fragile dune system and prevent erosion and washout during storms. The walkovers are unobtrusive, simple and functional, with each walkover containing showers. Two of the walkovers are wheelchair accessible and contain restrooms.

Butterfly Garden

In the northwest corner of Rosemary Beach, at West Kingston, is the inviting Butterfly Garden. This garden was conceived as a display garden that would emphasize the significance of the native landscape. A wooden walkway weaves through colorful plantings that lure butterflies.

Foot Paths

The Rosemary Beach Fitness Trail & Walking Tour is a 2.3 mile trail that utilizes both sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town's native landscape, parks and public spaces. It incorporates four fitness stations that include exercise apparatuses for stretching and strength training.

Parks

Common "green" areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls as well as outdoor events.
These areas south of Hwy. 30-A include South Barrett Square, Playground Park and Western & Eastern Greens where many fun events take place such as movie nights and block parties.

On the north side of town there is East Long Green Park (featuring the Knot Garden) and West Long Green Park, both with tree-lined sidewalks leading cyclists along the 30-A bicycle trail. North Barrett Square features a picturesque fountain. St. Augustine Park has an interactive children's fountain, inviting benches and is the location of many cultural events such as ballet performances and concerts. The north side of Rosemary Beach also features the Butterfly Park plus various quaint "pocket parks" with fountains, shaded seating areas and arbors.
